Thinking of eloping?
ELOPE
but DOES the thought of eloping leave you feeling BOTH overwhelmed and underwhelmed?
You might have been so stoked to have a massive wedding with all your friends and family and COVID kept ruining your plans OR maybe you always liked the idea of eloping but you don’t even know where to start. This is for you.
Elopements get a lot of flack. But with the pandemic, larger weddings have become almost impossible and we’re all looking for ways to get married that still FEEL as big and important as large weddings.
Elopements should not be a consolation prize.
Let me say it again - elopements aren’t a consolation prize. Just because you’re not having a big wedding, doesn’t make your wedding any less meaningful or valuable.
Elopements reflect what’s important to you and strip away a lot of the noise that sometimes comes with having a larger wedding. They’re about creating a memory with your new spouse that will last a lifetime, saying your vows in a meaningful spot, and smooching like no one is watching. If a few other people are there to witness your pledge to one another, it absolutely doesn’t have to shift the focus of the day away from you two and your love for one another.
The experience of getting married is important. Let me paint you a picture of what a full day elopement could look like from start to finish — all the things you can enjoy and experience together in the adventure of getting married. Memories fade so fast. You’ll want to document your entire day. There aren’t other guests there taking photos on their iPhones - I’m it. And I want to tell the entire story of your wedding day.
