Nostalgic Hotel Del Coronado Island Anniversary Couples Session

When you think of coastal California back in the 40s or something, that’s what this session was like. There’s something about the dunes on Coronado Island that make for the perfect nostalgic California vibe. Sarah-Jane and Peter were celebrating their wedding anniversary and let me tell ya, these two are in love. This anniversary couples shoot gave me all the feels and I’m not mad about it.

The cool thing about Coronado Island is that you have a bunch of different scenes all in one spot. You have the rock jetty, the dunes, long stretches of sand, quaint old architecture, and on the other side of the island, you have views of San Diego across the bay. I always love taking photos here and the weather on this day did not disappoint. I love San Diego so much and I’m so incredibly blessed to be a wedding and couples photographer here.
