Modern San Diego Engagement

When you think of San Diego, I’m sure you think of the ocean, palm trees, and sunshine. Well, not everyone who lives here is as in love with the beach as I am! Both Aj and Derek were born and raised in San Diego but they prefer to spend their time at a speakeasy or Disneyland! I love that they know themselves and when they asked me to do their engagement photos, I knew the beach would be off the table. Enter: Shelter- an awesome roof-less bar in Encinitas, and UCSD. The library at UCSD was the perfect modern backdrop for their session! And a few drinks beforehand was just what they needed to loosen up a bit in front of the camera!
